Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how miniup.io (“Miniup,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our publishing, data, API, gallery, custom-domain, and connected app features.

3. Miniup in ChatGPT and Other Connected Apps
If you connect Miniup to ChatGPT or another supported platform, we may receive the request data needed to complete the action you asked for. That can include prompts, uploaded files, page HTML, dataset settings, requested page names, and other parameters required to publish or update content.
We use that information to fulfill your request, return results, keep the connection working, and protect the service. Your use of ChatGPT or any other third-party platform is also governed by that platform’s own terms and privacy practices.
4. Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
We do not use advertising trackers on Miniup.
We may use cookies, session storage, or similar technologies for sign-in, security, app settings, abuse prevention, and core product functionality. If password login is enabled for your account, Miniup stores a password hash and never stores the plaintext password.
5. Public, Private, and Password-Protected Content
Pages you publish may be public or unlisted unless you add access controls such as a password or disable the site. If you choose to list a page in the Gallery, that listing is intended to be public.
Password protection and other controls improve privacy, but no system can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid uploading information you do not want stored or shared through the service.
6. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share information only as needed to operate the service, including:
- With infrastructure, storage, authentication, analytics, or security providers that help us run Miniup
- With domain, DNS, or certificate-related providers when you use custom-domain features
- When required by law, legal process, or a valid governmental request
- To enforce our terms or protect the rights, safety, and integrity of Miniup, our users, or others
7. Data Retention
We retain content and account data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, honor your settings, support security and operational needs, and comply with legal obligations.
Some deleted or replaced content may remain in backups, logs, or revision history for a limited period. We do not guarantee permanent storage or permanent deletion on a specific schedule.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission, storage, or connected-app workflow is completely secure.
You use the service at your own risk and should keep your own backups of important content.
9. Third-Party Services
Miniup may link to or integrate with third-party services such as ChatGPT, DNS providers, map/data services, or other external tools. We are not responsible for the privacy or security practices of those third parties.
10. Children's Privacy
