By accessing or using miniup.io (“Miniup,” “we,” “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Overview

Miniup provides publishing, hosting, sharing, dashboard, dataset, API, gallery, custom-domain, and connected app features. The service is provided as-is and as available.

We may change, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

2. Accounts and Connected Apps

Some Miniup features require sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any connected services you choose to use.

If you connect Miniup to ChatGPT or another third-party platform, you authorize Miniup to receive and process the requests, files, prompts, and action parameters needed to carry out the tasks you asked for.

Availability of connected-app features may depend on your plan, region, and third-party workspace settings.

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or publish to Miniup.

By using the service, you grant Miniup a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, convert, display, distribute, and transmit your content solely as needed to operate and improve the service.

This includes creating delivery formats or supporting outputs related to your requested workflow, such as published pages, generated API endpoints, Parquet or GeoParquet outputs, gallery previews, or supported geospatial services.

You confirm that you have all necessary rights to upload, publish, convert, and share your content.

4. AI-Assisted Publishing and Review

Miniup may be used together with AI systems such as ChatGPT. You are responsible for reviewing the content, prompts, datasets, configuration, and final published result before sharing it publicly or using it in production.

AI-generated output can be incomplete, incorrect, or inappropriate for your use case. Miniup does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, legality, or fitness of AI-generated or AI-assisted content.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use Miniup to:

  • Upload or distribute illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, or fraudulent content
  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights
  • Distribute malware, malicious code, or unsafe payloads
  • Spam, scrape, overload, probe, or abuse the service
  • Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, permissions, or access controls
  • Use connected app features to perform unauthorized actions on behalf of others

We may remove content, disable access, or restrict functionality at our sole discretion.

6. Limits, Availability, and Backups

Miniup may apply account, fair-use, storage, upload, revision, dataset, API, or other product limits. Those limits may change over time.

We do not guarantee uptime, uninterrupted availability, permanent storage, or permanent backups. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important content and data.

7. Public Sharing, Passwords, and Gallery

You are responsible for deciding whether content is public, unlisted, password-protected, connected to a custom domain, or listed in the Gallery.

If you choose to publish or list content publicly, you understand that others may access, view, and share it.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to Miniup at any time for any reason, including abuse, security risk, policy violations, non-payment where applicable, or legal obligations.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miniup is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

Your use of the service is at your own risk. Miniup’s total liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid us for the service giving rise to the claim, which may be zero.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Miniup from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the service, your use of connected app workflows, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Third-Party Services

Miniup may integrate with or link to third-party services, including ChatGPT and external hosting, mapping, authentication, or domain providers. We are not responsible for third-party products, policies, or service availability.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Miniup after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
