Automatic AI capabilities
Create and publish your app using the same MiniUp workflow you already use. When a Table or supported hosted dataset is added, MiniUp prepares its supported actions automatically. No extra ChatGPT tool call or protocol setup is required.
- List, search, and get become available when supported by the Table API. Existing read permissions still apply.
- Create and update become available when the Table permits them. Agent mutations always require a current owner, admin, or editor; no write key is embedded in the app.
- Delete is discovered but stays disabled until explicitly approved.
- Hosted datasets automatically provide read-only query and summary actions. No editable Table or special creation prompt is needed.
- Linked Functions appear automatically. Owners must review their purpose, input schema, and risk before enabling execution.
Advanced control
Open Agent Actions to inspect AI capabilities, test them, or customize them. Advanced controls contains the global switch, Web tools and Remote MCP switches, and the connection URL.
Explicit choices are preserved: disabling an action or protocol, customizing metadata or a Function schema/risk, and removing a capability will not be undone by republishing. Removed capabilities stay off until restored and reviewed. Settings that existed before automatic setup remain manual choices.
Automatic metadata follows source changes; Table and dataset schemas always come from the current source. Dataset replacement refreshes the available fields. Removing a scope stops that operation. Deleting a source removes its actions. Unlinking a Function blocks execution under its previous site-bound approval.
Owners and site admins can customize Table and dataset actions. Function approval remains owner-managed. Editors and viewers can use permitted actions without changing this configuration.
A page with no supported server-backed resources keeps working normally and does not claim to have executable capabilities. Existing underlying API permissions are never expanded by automatic setup.
