Account allowances and recovery
Your MiniUp account’s effective allowances include its current entitlements, custom limits, and administrative adjustments. The same allowances apply when you work through ChatGPT, another agent, or MiniUp’s website.
Ask your connected agent to check account usage, or sign in to Dashboard → Plan & Usage, to see your actual usage and remaining capacity. Account information is available only after authentication. No payment is started from this documentation.
Account capacity and operation limits
Published pages, Functions, tables, and storage show current account usage and available capacity. API-call and notification allowances also show their applicable reset dates. Counts and stored data do not reset automatically. Accounts with no fixed storage cap show usage without a remaining-balance meter.
Upload size, files per upload, records per table, and revision retention apply to each operation or resource. They are shown as limits rather than spent account balances. Reaching the retained revision count does not mean account storage is exhausted. Your current plan and administrative adjustments still determine all effective limits.
When an operation cannot fit
A quota_exceeded response identifies the resource, current usage, effective limit, and capacity requested by the failed action. The request has not gained more capacity by failing. Do not automatically repeat an unchanged operation.
- Published pages: update an existing page, or remove an unused page only with your permission. Page counts do not reset automatically.
- Tables and storage: reduce the request or remove unused resources only with your permission. Removing a page or record is a separate action and may affect dependent apps.
- Upload and file limits: reduce the actual file size or file count before retrying.
- Monthly calls and daily allowances: use the returned reset date. Removing resources does not refund consumed calls.
- Shared resources: the resource owner’s allowance applies. Ask the owner to review it.
Some features require an entitlement that your current account does not include. Effective allowances can differ from public defaults because of custom limits or administrative adjustments. Review your account’s actual allowances before relying on a feature.
Temporary rate limits
A rate_limited response is temporary and separate from an account capacity limit. Wait until the returned reset time or retry delay, then retry only when appropriate. A failed quota request must first fit within the available capacity.
